1462170 2019-07-08 23:34:00 That error message is normal if an OS hasn't been installed yet, as there's nothing to boot from.

Does the keyboard and mouse work on another PC?
Yes

1462171 2019-07-08 23:41:00 Can you boot from a flash drive or CD? It seems the motherboard isn't recognising the harddrive
I loaded Windows 10 on a flash drive but I put it in every usb slot and it still didn’t boot.

1462172 2019-07-09 01:00:00 The keyboard should work in the BIOS. Make sure its plugged into a port at the back. Try a USB2 port if USB3 doesn't work.
There isn’t any usb 2 ports on the back

1462173 2019-07-09 01:05:00 Thats the first thing to concentrate on. Not much you can do if kb doesnt work.

as above, try other USB ports, try another kb (without mouse) .
does the kb numlock/capslock light come on when you push those
Is it a wireless or gaming kb ?.
unplug front USB connectors , unplug all cables except power on cable .

If a kb doesnt work on that board, you may need to take it back
I’ve tried every USB port for my kb and the rgb keys light up but the cap lock light doesn’t turn on.

1462174 2019-07-09 01:48:00 You don't mention what operating system you are using. Were you able to load it down successfully onto your SSD?
I put windows 10 on a flash drive but I don’t know how to load it into a ssd.

1462175 2019-07-09 03:00:00 Unless the USB is a bootable system, it will not work - Windows 1903 has a problem at present that won't allow you to install from a USB anyway. Do you have a legal copy of Windows 10 for this computer? If so, it should be on a DVD and you should have a product code for that OS. If not, you will need to go to the Microsoft media creation tool and download the ISO to another computer (if available). You can download 32bit, 64bit or both together. I assume that you will be using 64bit so only download that. Once the ISO is available, burn it to a DVD, it will almost fill the DVD. I use IMG burn.

When you have the DVD, and you have the kb/mouse sorted, try and install Win10 from the DVD. You might find that the computer will need to recognise the SSD before you can download the OS.

MS has fixed it a while ago. I downloaded to a USB about a week ago, installed fine.
