| 1465866 | 2020-01-05 20:55:00 | What are your views about this phone from PB Tech : Huawei Nova 5T at $499.00 (www.pbtech.co.nz)Looking at their website, there is another Huawei Nova 5T at $698.99 They seem to have exactly the same specs. Phoned PB Tech to find out what's the catch and I was told that they are exactly the same phone; just that they are from different 2 different suppliers! Does it make sense to you guys? The price difference is $200! Sounds funny, must be some catch somewhere. What do you folks reckon? |

Looking about, several other places sell the same phone for $499 ( JBHifi, noel leemings) While some others ( dick Smiths) want $699. The main differences looking at both is the Black is more expensive than the Purple (from PBTech) Some places charge more for different colours, I know SWMBO just got a new phone, ordered it on Christmas day from Dick Smiths, lot cheaper than here in NZ (arrived a week later). |

Yeah PBTech does have this thing. With Black Friday just before it begun .. they would have a standard pre Black Friday prices and then if you deliberately click on the Black Friday link then you get the Black Friday prices. My 2c experience. |
