Had a look on their site, found the following video as well as troubleshooting advice -- netvue.zendesk.com The setup Video -- www.netvue.com ( click on How to install to see video) Assume you did all previous instructions ?? |

| 1461781 | 2019-06-27 23:15:00 | It means you can't install the application because you have nothing to install it onto. Google Play store contains programs for Android. Which means you need a tablet or phone etc. Are you trying to install this application on Windows? Because that won't work. If you do have an Android device, then you're not signed into the account which is linked to that device (or the device has no account linked to it). |

It now sits unused :-) , couldnt use it as planned anyway as the tablet I wanted to connect to it was too old a Version of Android |
