1210183 2011-06-18 21:57:00 Of course not, technology is never wrong just ask Apple or Microsoft. You should always obey the GPS it's never wrong. One reason we don't have one in the car.

I only have a handheld to mark places I have been while going bush, such as caves etc which can then be marked on a map to see how they relate to other caves in the area. I don't use the handheld for navigation very often.
You are in Nelson lol after 3 weeks of driving there you should know every street in the whole province. You try getting to a job around Herne/Marys Bay Pt Chev with all the short streets GPS a godsend. Maps on mine are 5 years old but since most of streets have been there for 140 years its cool.
