I'm not sure why they don't get it redirected to something like an ISDN line for a NOC line, or at least to an automated message saying "@$%# has hit the fan, but we're aware and working on it. ETA is XYZ", but anyways... Sorry I'm not much help :-/ |

| 1238376 | 2011-10-19 01:33:00 | I'm with them aswell and I'm really sick of their bs. one of the worst companies I have had to deal with tech support is near non existent, speeds are ridiculously unstable I've had 10+ long period outages in the past 6 months. Does anyone know abit about consumer law as I am thinking the inadequate service I've been getting is actually violating consumer law, they are stating they can provide a service at a certain level yet they have failed to meet it on multiple occasions with multiple outages! Cheers p.s I am mad and glad my 12 month contract with them is over |

Yesterday, Internet access became very patchy and slow, this morning no internet at all, and this morning they had on their website that there was a severe internet access problem and that ET for repair would be later that morning. Nothing so far........... Only change is that their websiyte went offline as well, very ominous !!! In the meantime no email, and they do not answer their phones. What is going on? |

Nothing happened, apart from the fact that their website disappeared as well !! They do not answer their phones. Have they gone out of business and are now running with the money ?? What can we do to find out more if they are not responding and not even sending out any email to its users ???? What is happening ??? |
