| 1211707 | 2011-06-24 11:35:00 | Why is EVGA cheaper than the likes of ASUS and Gigabyte? Brand reputation? Or would the latter have better components? www.computerlounge.co.nz vs www.computerlounge.co.nz & www.computerlounge.co.nz |

| 1211710 | 2011-06-24 13:07:00 | Yes, but why is it significantly cheaper? Probably as there is not much in the way of demand in NZ because of this:- "The EVGA Corporation is well known for its genuine customer service world-wide. However, they do not, under any circumstances, provide any customer service support outside of the US, Europe and Canada. "The EVGA Step-up Program is limited to residents of the US, Canada and Europe only.[5] (en.wikipedia.org)"" |

Do they or don't they? I am under the impression that if something does go wrong, I RMA to Computer Lounge/retailer rather than to EVGA, so it doesn't matter anyway, correct? |

| 1211713 | 2011-06-26 03:20:00 | Its a fairly well known brand and I haven't seen anyone screaming about its quality or failure rate on forums or anywhere else. I personally would always buy Gigabyte if possible but as far as I can tell EVGA has no significant issues to stop you purchasing it. |
