| 1211453 | 2011-06-23 22:53:00 | A couple of workmates got them around the time I got my Galaxy S. Comparitively, the Desire HD battery sucks just as bad if not worse than the Galaxy S, the screen is *almost* just as bright, but there's no Gorilla Glass. MIUI works on both the Galaxy S and the Desire HD which is a bonus, however HTC have already released their own Gingerbread upgrade for the Desire HD which is nice. IIRC the Desire HD has 768MB of RAM vs the more ' current standard' 512MB the Galaxy S has, however the Galaxy S has a lot more internal memory, I think the Desire HD has only around 1.5GB free after the Android install, the rest is on the SD Card. Try both, they're nice, but I'd definitely recommend MIUI either way, though at least the Desire HD can be upgraded to HTC's release of Gingerbread very, very easily. Desire HD GPS works slightly faster than the Galaxy S too... |
