Why is Slingshot so expensive ?? I have no idea what your on about, slingshot.co.nz fyi- i paid 91 dollars for 100gb with nznet Dear ******* Your Slingshot broadband account is active! Now you can connect and surf the internet at super fast speeds. There’s heaps of great stuff you can do on broadband - play games, listen to music, watch videos, surf on the internet and loads more. Not to mention, you can do all this and talk on the phone at the same time. Setting up your connection If you have purchased a router directly from Slingshot, it will have already been pre-configured with your username and password. Simply connect and you'll be ready to start surfing! If you have purchased your router or modem from another supplier, you will need to enter ‘username@slingshot.co.nz’ when setting this up. | 1238401 | 2011-10-19 08:59:00 | Yes, but i do not want my landline with them (is and extra 10$ with Slingshot), and I live rural (is an extra 20$ with Slingshot). Since I then need a naked connection that makes 110 $ for 30 GB a month. That is expensive. |

But i guess you can stay on NZnet hotkiwi, im def not going down that path and am enjoying the lower ping + speeds with slingshot currently. At least -10 ping on aus sever since i swapped over. And i can actually buffer 420p vids without waiting till tomorrow. |
