In the US where I live - if they only shoot and kill three civilians when they commit an armed robbery, they get 30 days of community service eg: picking up trash on the side of the freeways. That rehabilitates them and they never break the law again. |

Seen the US freeways on TV -- that wouldn't surprise me -- they look damn dangerous to be beside, picking up trash thats blowing across them in heavy traffic - now that would be interesting :D Anyway, in th US, dont the cops just go in guns blazing right from the start , shooting up every one in site ;) |
