| 1213457 | 2011-06-30 01:13:00 | Is it just me or does 11.50 look hideous compared to 11.11 and older... | Cato (6936) | ||
| 1213458 | 2011-06-30 01:40:00 | Looks basically the same to me. Some minor cosmetics. I have been running all the betas till the final release on Monday. It still has some comparability issues most notably on the Geekzone website and using Foxit PDF reader 5.0.x . With Geekzone if I want to reply to a post and copy a link into that post I have to use FF or Chrome, it won't work with Opera 11.5. I have down graded from Foxit reader 5 back to the last version of 4 so that it will open PDFs in Opera. FF 5 and Chrome 14 are fine.. Will still stick with Opera as I like it and have been using it since about version 4.. |

I use it with the Z1 glass theme, making opera blend perfectly with aero. i havent used speed dial extensions yet, but they seem fairly gimmicky, i'll keep them for my favourite pages on startup thanks. i cant remember when they merged the window controls into the tab bar (opera 10, i think), but i love the maximum vertical space i achieve with opera compared to other browsers (screenshot attached for reference). opera has been the biggest developer of web browser features since day one really, its a pity they have no marketing strategy to get people other than geeks on board. |
