Presumably the one who count the votes have to read the papers in order to do their job! Alternatively they could put another tick box on the papers which says, "piss off all of you". The system systems all those that we get to vote for, a vote of any kind is in support of nothing changing, at least not to suit us, only to suit those tat benefit....the politicians.
