| 1213730 | 2011-07-01 08:10:00 | I always thought with a fan oven, at 200 you drop it to 190 and cook for ten minutes less. 20 degrees less, but it probably doesn't matter that much, me - I go by how it's doing, can easily adjust up or down as required during the cooking process. |

Bake, Fan Bake, Grill, Fan Grill, Maxi grill (whatever the difference is) etc. Mostly I use grill or fan bake. Haven't got the book so don't entirely know what is supposed to be used for what. |
