mmm I would argue yes, although people will peak higher and consume more data, the SCC is definitely able to handle it. Last I heard around 12 months ago it wasn't even at 50% utilization at peak times...

I probably didn't word that very well but he was saying we just use a very small amount at the moment.

And having two cables must result in better prices or bigger caps eventually.
