1214808	2011-07-05 01:59:00	In NZ all imported cars have the freon drained before they are sold, if you had one that you obtained before the legislation came into effect and later took it into a garage they will drain the freon on a perfectly working system without informing you beforehand. This happened on both of the Nissan Pulsars we used to have. Due to freon being one of the most potent ozone layer destroyers by the way. Never seen that done before, got a link to this legislation?
