| 1241503 | 2011-11-02 21:14:00 | My installed printers suddenly disappeared from Printers and faxes and received error message when trying to print that printer not installed. When trying to install new printer from Printers and Fax I get the error message that "printer spooling services are not available. Have tried searching for help, but to no avail. When I try to install drivers from the CD it tells me they are already installed. I am running XP professional and am on auto update I run the free versions of Zone Alarm and Avast. Would appreciate any help on the matter. Thanks |
