A few days later after the noise abatement notice runs out the noise comes back. This goes on in ever decreasing circles.:mad: You have two sides. The noise makers thinks that they have the right to harass and annoy their neighbours. On the other side you have the neighbours who only want peace and quiet.:groan: I personally think that Noise Control Officers should be issued with a big sledge hammer. :badpc: If this ladies method works, why not.:thumbs: |

Perhaps we could set up a special office tasked with ensuring any boobies to be exposed were up-to-standard and within the bounds of decent-enough-to-be-seen-in-public (a little bit like a WOF, with an annual certificate issued)? Any suggestions for the name of the taskforce? (Waiting for the ban hammer to fall now, for encouraging lewdness and corrupting young minds . . . . ) |
