| 1215305 | 2011-07-07 02:41:00 | Grrr . Was looking for a recipe - why is everything a *&^%* video clip nowdays? Has everyone forgotten how to read??? I keep the recipes if they turn out nice, a video I have to write out and put in the recipe book . or am I doing that all wrong? I should be saving video clips on the Ipad or whatever and watching it in the kitchen . And here's another example of crap someone forwarded to me . off Winz job site apparently . Teacher Aide, Special Education Description: We require a teacher aid for a 6 year old girl who has Cerebral Palsy . She is no verbal but can communicate with someone sign language and her compute . Maybe they need remedial English themselves . |

When I was installing kitchens, I went to measure up at one place and the woman had thrown away all her cookery books, she just had a touchscreen in the kitchen with all her recipes as PDF's. There is zero need to cling to the ways of the past. Sure preserve em for heritage reasons but don't ram it down peoples throats (where have we heard that before). Hand written text?....pfffft. |
