1215770 2011-07-11 00:26:00 They find you guilty in 3 days after being arrested, and then they execute you.

Some crimes so deserve that.. Nowadays laws are too easy, repeat offenders, murders, going to jail to 15years with a chance of parole, load of rubbish..

Sometimes, you wonder how people are even the same species as you..

1215772 2011-07-11 05:17:00 A system that would be approved by many would be similar , aiming to have arrest, trial, and sentencing carried out within three days. However, circumstances may arise where the trial could be delayed and in this case the sentence should be carried out on the third day with equal punishment for the accused and the lawyers on both sides. The trial could then be held at any time as the need for urgency is much reduced. R2x1 (4628)

I feel good about that, strangely enough.

Problem is he's not British, not with a name like that.

In the good old days someone caught being fraudulent in the eyes of his peers would have been put in a room with a table and chair and a revolver, and the door shut on him. He would have been expected to have then done the honourable thing.

But then again that was a British thing :clap

Maybe he wants to keep the Trust intact so that he can pay his creditors after the trial.:D

Even before today's decision, Petricevic had already applied for legal aid for a fifth time. He really wants to keep that trust in tact.
