| 1243902 | 2011-11-17 00:17:00 | TCP/IP Ping Command has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for any inconvenience. In a box saying if you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. Please tell Microsoft about this problem, the usual stuff with those kind of errors. Have scanned using some Spyware removal programs and found nothing really, scanned using the McAfee's which is installed on it, nothing there. Client said the boy had tried cleaning it out with advice from his geek friends at school so who knows what he has deleted. i have uninstalled in the network connections area and rebooted then reinstalled, no diff. Ran a scan with Sophos anti rootkit and found nothing Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks |
