| 1217321 | 2011-07-17 07:14:00 | Does anyone use an online job tracking system that has a mobile app? I am using Connectwise at my work & it is a good program, but it is bloody expensive. | Greven (91) | ||

| 1217323 | 2011-07-17 12:16:00 | I do onsite computer repairs & have a Windows Mobile 6.5 phone (HTC Touch2) What we currently do is log a job against a customer (database imported from quickbooks) & assign it to a tech, then we record our start & end times using our phones & put in some basic notes & update them later when we have access to the full web interface. Notes & time are then manually copied to a quickbooks invoice. Any stock used just has the stock code entered in the job notes. |
