| 1216893 | 2011-07-14 22:43:00 | Are there any Oldies out there? I like Andre Rieu, I think his DVDs are fantastic. I also like Celtic Thunder, Daniel O'Donnell, The Ten Tenors, John McSweeny. Not keen on John Barrowman. Has anyone got any recommendations of modern performers catering for oldie tastes? Thanks. I would appreciate replies but will be away from the computer for a few days |

| 1216899 | 2011-07-29 23:56:00 | I'm an oldie ... but once you get a copy of Pink (Funhouse DVD) there's no going back :D I have tried Pink (Funhouse Tour DVD). Have just watched 40 minutes so far. It is colourful and spectacular which I like. But it is not really my type of music, partly because I am hard of hearing, and it is frustrating not being able to hear the words. Also I don't like DVDs where some of the band appear to be drugged out of their minds. |
