I know of no one who can claim to such a list of grievances as she. I had a problem with ASB Bank once. Yes, the local branch denied all responsibility. I didn't accept that so I escalated the matter until I found someone who gave a ***t. That person was Ralph Norris. My complaint was upheld and rectified immediately with appropriate compensation. The main thing was, I was sure of my grounds before going so far. :pf1mobmini: |
