When I use the Cookie Cutter to create a shape on an image, all I get is a mask type background (checkerboard) both inside and outside the image shape. When I confirm, the whole thing stays like a mask. There does not appear to be any Options for the Cutter other than Feather and size options. Photoshop Help is no help. Can you? Thanks.
