| 1245023 | 2011-11-23 02:35:00 | Hi Guys My mum has her tv going through her sky decoder. Sometimes programs on Tv2 get very jerky, with delays and pixelation etc. TV1 is perfect. Any suggestions ? |

| 1245025 | 2011-11-23 02:47:00 | Is she using a cordless phone? I've found that some cordless phones can intefere with come channels and not others. That's usually one of the first things Sky will ask too. You also need to do the 'unplug power cable from the sky box and wait a minute then plug it back in and try again' trick. :D |
