| 1246234 | 2011-11-29 21:09:00 | So i've got a Client PC using Windows 7 Professional and a Server using SBS2008. I need to configure this GPO i made in order to get a .msi file to auto-install when i logon to the client or atleast see the file available in Get Programs under Control Panel. Heres the catch; i need to do this using Computer Configuration not User Configuration. So i cant actually Publish the .msi file, instead im Assigning it to the Client. Any/All help is appreciated! Thanks, EmoCat ;) |

| 1246236 | 2011-11-30 00:08:00 | I know how to create a GPO and assign it. Its just that the .msi file itself aint showing up/installing once i boot or logon to my client PC. Im going to try another .msi file and see whether that works. There IS another problem though. I cant seem to Enforce the GPO to make it work in the first place. Chances are thats the main-problem. I'll post again with my results (Depending if someone else has posted or not). | EmoCat (16620) | ||
