1219745 2011-07-28 22:13:00 I've been pondering WD TV Live, but there's a question I'm having trouble getting an answer to: Can WD TV (or other competing media centres) stream from providers apart from YouTube - like Vimeo/ (vimeo.com/), TVNZ On Demand (http:), TV3 On Demand (ondemand.tv3.co.nz/) or Zlin TV (http:) ?

and if WD TV can't, anyone know of a media player that can ?

just bought a Netcomm NP121 to get wired ethernet to the lounge AV cabinet  This will be useful for firmware upgrades, BD Live, and eventually internet sourced TV viewing.

So, what kind of device can you put in your lounge, to stream video from those kinds of websites - without relying on an "app" built specifically for that stream on a specific device.

I guess we're really talking about a device containing a browser - a PC? is that my only option to get random video streams from the net to my lounge?
