Maybe if they are 'that' old they may need a keyboard with braill built in and a 40 inch monitor. I'm quite sure people don't loose the ability to learn once they reach 50 or so. they are almost 80 and things like a new version of firefox is a bit much for them.... have even been thinking about just getting them an ipad. they just need email and a bit of web surfing. re-installing XP is a good plan, depends on driver support on the new hardware. |
