| 1219193 | 2011-07-26 08:12:00 | Trustpower Kinect has NO data caps. Since we changed from telstraclear, we no longer have to worry about data caps. |

| 1219195 | 2011-07-26 08:48:00 | But what's the speed like? LL The speed varies ocasionally (not by much) depending on the time of the day, or when a heap load of people are on it, but it goes really good 99% of the time. It's been far better than telstraclear. www.speedtest.net Here's one done just now. That is the average speed during "prime time" when the average person browses the net (afternoon/evening). I downloaded a 500mb file of 3Dmark06 (2010 version) at around 4pm today and it was done within a matter of minutes. It also proved that my video card is not dieing:clap P.S. acording to the speedtest, my isp is sattelite or something. This is not true, and must be the name of the server it's connecting to to test the speed. We are just normal ADSL1 |

(serious question, left when they introduced Go Large and never looked back) Yea they still suck unless you own Telecom shares, they are still responsible for holding back broadband in NZ and should not be rewarded with your business :) Alternatively join Telecom but like so many still bleet on about how expensive broadband is in NZ and how you are powerless to do anything! |

I'm pretty sure we pay slightly less for one reason or another. It's damn worth it though. No worrying about data caps. I can watch 40 minute clips on youtube and not have to worry about data caps (speed is good too) |
