1247009 2011-12-04 01:11:00 I have a raft of webinars (wmv format) on my desktop.... is there a quick and easy way to get these onto my Galaxy tablet please - and the same question again but in relation to the iPad which a friend has.... seems such a hassle if you have to d/l them all again... sigh...

In reference to my earlier query re book formats.... I read some of the blurb recommended - including the huge list of readers.... does this mean I could d/l any reader for my Galaxy and be able to read books (assuming they were in the right format)????????

1247014 2011-12-04 06:19:00 Have a look for apps in "Market" on you Tab you will find most things you need there. The Kobo reader works well on my S2 phone I would be most surprised if it is not just as good on you tab. I have had no difficulty transferring stuff using Kies between my desktop and S2 so unless you run into DRM problems it should also work for you with your Tablet. CliveM (6007)
1247015 2011-12-04 06:22:00 Hi Clive - I have successfully transferred a number of books to the tablet via Kies.... having converted them first with Calibre.... now I am on the hunt for a video converter - I have a number of webinars (sewing stuff) which I would like on the tablet - I am in the process of transferring one with Kies but it is taking FOREVER, so I figure if I can convert them first it might (hopefully) be quicker.... do you know what format videos the Galaxy might prefer? TIA

1247016 2011-12-04 06:24:00 post#15 in wainuitech's post is a link to a site Speedy Gonzales (78)
1247017 2011-12-04 06:32:00 If you follow the link given by Wainui as pointed out by Speedy twice it will take you to a site that is Galaxy Tablet specific and appears to be useful. Just click on the blue writing and away you go. CliveM (6007)
