I'm not bothering with my dispute.
I removed the wetback unit, connected it to my garden hose and found the leak.
Took it into KiaOra sheet metal place in Adelaide Road, Wgtn. Cost less than $50 to get the leaking joint rebrazed....that involved removing a corner of the steel "chassis" that was acting as a heat sink (possible reason for faulty brazing in the first place).
A lot simpler and far less hassle than going down the Disputes Tribunal route.

1220513 2011-08-03 01:13:00 The definition of a hassle, is to consume time unreasonably. Cicero (40)
1220514 2011-08-03 01:52:00 Lot less hassle even if the lodgement fees were less than $50.

Fees listed here.
