1220191 2011-07-31 10:45:00 Strap just came out one day. The strap's loop is still intact, and so is the buckle, so im not sure how it came out... Question (15792)
1220192 2011-07-31 10:47:00 You will probably find that under the scrunched up bit of strap, there is a slit in the metal ring which was used when everything was originally put together. somebody (208)

1220196 2011-08-01 13:10:00 Think its possible to fix this? Anyone in NZ do repairs for stuff like this anymore? Question (15792)
1220197 2011-08-01 15:43:00 I think that the picture on the right is missing something. I think that strap just needs to be pushed through the metal buckle and then have some other piece push through the loop to prevent it from going back through the buckle. Find a nut and bolt, stainless would look cool. If you put two nuts on it then tighten against each other that will prevent them from coming apart or use nylocks. Might make a noise metal banging against metal but that is the general idea of how I would fix it. sam m (517)
