| 1248377 | 2011-12-13 05:35:00 | Just got my card back from playtech, am getting this error: "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" in device manager. Tried to install the drivers from driver disk: "access denied". Tried to restart same issue. Swept all nVidia drivers with driversweeper, no luck.
