| 1248219 | 2011-12-12 08:08:00 | OK ... been using Outlook 2010 for a while now and have a little problem which I can't seem to figure out. When I go to "New Email" it comes up with a new email template (funny that) ... and then I can type the first letter of a name, for example B .. it will give me all the email addresses of people in my address book starting with B ... e.g. Bill, Bob B.Stard, etc. My problem arises when I get two B'stards with different ISP addresses comes up ... e.g. B.Stard@op.ac.nz AND B.Stard@tekotago.ac.nz ... both addresses are for Otago Polytechnic but the op.ac.nz has been disembowled or whatever and no longer works, all emails now only go through to tekotago.ac.nz Being somewhat slow, I cannot for the life of me find either B.Stard in any address book (only have 2) and cannot find any way to delete either of the the B.Stard's, be it the op.ac.nz or tekotago.ac.nz I have tried the help pages but they are near to useless ... Obviously I have disguised the real name of the B.Stard for privacy issues and don't want to get sued by the B.Stard. Anyone who can offer any assistance getting rid of the annoying B.Stard will be considered a friend for life ... TIA ... Dave. |

| 1248220 | 2011-12-12 08:20:00 | open new email, type in B in the to field, once all the email addresses show up starting with B, use the arrow keys to move up or down and hit the delete button to remove that address from the address cache. | ronyville (10611) | ||
