| 1247858 | 2011-12-09 03:35:00 | I am using Access 2010, with club accounts. I have a report which is a payment voucher, and shows claimant, cheque #, things we are paying for, amounts and total amount. I have a remittance advice at the bottom of the sheet, and wish the show total amount {=Sum([Amt])}, but can't do it the page footer; it will only work in the report footer, which of course is not necessarily at the bottom of the sheet. Is there any way to get it in the page footer other than by typing the amount in? | Brucem (8688) | ||

The trick here is the NAME of this control. Lets imagine you name the control [My_Total] In your control in the footer, set the control source to =[My_Total] |
