I obviously don't have the experience you do of living there at some stage, but to me it's easy to see whats happening, and it's disgusting. It takes a special type of lowlife scum to go and do the kind of things that are happening over in England. Not putting the onus just on the parents of the 12 - 15 year olds who are out there, but seriously, what kind of upbringing do you have to have to go and do something like this... I reckon the Maori in NZ (south Auckland probably) would be more than capable of a similar thing if provoked.
