I bought one of these Cutco hunting knives (www.cutco.com) over 40 years ago and it stayed perfectly sharp until the very end (it was stolen  two years ago). Actually I did not think about replacing it until now, but the web site does not list prices so I will have to ring a shop in the USA. Anyhow, check the Cutco guarantee (www.cutco.com) - cannot beat that!! BTW, I bought that knife from a classified advert in the back of Popular Mechanics magazine and I remember it stated that the knife was guaranteed to stay sharp for life. When I ordered it my dad thought it was a rip-off and I had the pleasure of reminding him many years later what a good buy it was. They have an Aussie reseller listed CUTCO Australia PO Box 1285 Lalor VIC 3075 Australia Email: auservice@cutco.com 1300-368-460 Office Phone 1300-793-321 Office Fax |
