| 1467577 | 2020-03-27 05:51:00 | Ive a client with rural wireless internet : Vodafone Works oerfectly, except now cant access 365 email at all ,not via Outlook or webmail. cant even ping the 365 servers (can ping from my place) So no email, zero chance of of getting through to someone at Voda helpdesk who will be of any help Not good for a business relying on email I saw on the Voda forum other some other are having the same issue with Voda wireless broadband, cant access 365 & cant access some NZ bank websites via the voda wireless internet |

Only 1 website giving problems off and on , no second guess which one :) The 365 & Office.com is an issue with Voda Rural Wireless (RBI) . I looked on the Voda community page & others on RBI have the same issue Works fine except 365 & a few other random websites (eg on of the banks sites) Others (geekzone) are having some random issues with VPN's via vodafone (only) Just FYI :-) My clients Rural wireless internet is now down completely. Unfortunately, I had to tell him that ringing Vodafone would be a complete waste of time, he gave up after 2 hours on hold. They can get email via their phones ,but had issues opening attachments on the phones. They will need to cope the best they can. |
