| 1463225 | 2019-08-22 07:09:00 | Hi All. Toshiba Satellite P50. W10 I cannot play DVD or CD on this Comp. I put a disc in & I can hear it run up. I click Play & it asks for a disc pops open the player drawer. Push it back in & press play. Same again, asks for a disc. Tryit on a portable disc player & works fine. The diisc spins. Whats wrong? | 1463226 | 2019-08-22 08:44:00 | The lens might need cleaning, or the laser might have died. I used to use a cleaning CD with brushes on it every now and again when I used drives often, but usually if it's just dirty it will read the disk a bit. | dugimodo (138) | ||

I guess the disc is copy proof. no matter it was only that one disc. PJ |
