| 1249295 | 2011-12-18 03:38:00 | Using excel spreadsheet and word 2010. Problem; when I print an envelope out the address is in the wrong position. I am manually feeding the envelope into the printer faceup (which is the setting I chose) but the address appears on it vertically instead of horizontally - what setting do I choose to correct this. I cannot feed the envelope into the printer acrossways (which would correct the problem) I have to feed it in lengthways. | dianne pierce (13385) | ||

| 1249299 | 2011-12-18 23:37:00 | Dianne, not sure if this is the same for Word 2010 but in Word 2011 Choose the Mailings tab, click on Envelopes and look down the bottom to choose Options. When the new box opens choose the tab Printing Options. This should then provide a feed option whereby the address should appear as you want it. | smurf (6545) | ||

Looks perfect on preview but when I manually feed the envelope into the printer the address doesn't come out the same. It would if I could put the envelope into the printer widthways but my printer wont allow that as the envelope is too long. I have to put the envelope in lengthways. | dianne pierce (13385) | ||

I inserted the envelope into the printer according to the image shown when setting the print options(which was in the middle of the feed tray).
