| 1223460 | 2011-08-15 19:27:00 | Hi Guys I think that New Zealand should keep that penguin Happy Feet here in New Zealand in a zoo somewhere. Two reasons One he is lost and on his own and it seems unfair to send him back from a place he swam miles away from Two he would be a great tourist draw. He is well know all over the world due to tv reports etc. Sort of like Paul the octopus. I would donate a few dollars towards his food etc. |

One of the biggest costs would be keeping him in a refigerated climate as it seems anything above freezing and they start to suffer and not many facilitys in NZ have that kind of gear. I think the only place that could really take him is Kelly Taltons. I agree with Gary67s post. :) |
