| 1248891 | 2011-12-16 00:29:00 | If Malwarebytes found them, there should have been an option to fix the problems after the scan had finished. Personally, I'd uninstall Avast and replace it with MSSE (www.microsoft.com). I'd also scan with Spybot (www.safer-networking.org) and Superantispyware (http:) Download them, update them, do a full scan with them ... it should be enough to get rid of them, but if you want to be extra safe also do an online with NOD32 (www.eset.com) All of the programmes are free. |

| 1248892 | 2011-12-16 00:38:00 | Both maybe trojans. I would disable system restore, then get something like trojan remover. (http://www.simplysup.com) If youre not using 64 bit windows. Boot into safe mode / networking, if normal windows doesnt work. Update it then click on scan. Then select all the options under the utils menu. You may get these, if your version of windows isnt up to date (they exploit vulnerabilities in windows). If you do online banking, I wouldnt use it, until you remove these 2. If you want boot into windows / or safe mode / networking. And I can have a look with teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com). If you get teamviewer, install it then send the ID and password it gives you to me in a PM. If Avast cant remove both, I would use something else |
