1225000 2011-08-22 11:43:00 I have a problem where (so far) one person is having a problem viewing a PDF. I would like to build up a good data set to see how widespread it is.

This is the initial page:

www.ceramics.co.nz

Click on the link that says "You can see the July newsletter here". A PDF will download. What you should see is a front page that says "50th" with the zero being the ASP logo (as in the masthead at the top of the page.) The problem is that for this one user the logo has disappeared so it looks like it says "5th".

Please report what you see. If the logo is missing, please report your config - hardware (MAC/PC) OS, browser, version of Acrobat.

Thanks for helping me with this.
