1226259 2011-08-26 12:43:00 Morrowind needs some persistence, there is a lot of trudging around at the beginning, and the weather can get you down, you have to really earn your way to attain higher skills and abilities. Bit like real life!!!!! PPp (9511)
1226260 2011-08-26 12:54:00 maybe i'll have a search for it on trademe....

which leads to oblivion: i have been searching for the shivering isles expansion disc for xbox 360 for ever.

none of my friends have it, it costs nearly 3000 points on xbox live, and the people on trademe dont want to sell it seperatley :(.

1226262 2011-08-26 20:38:00 Install DOSBOX. Theres a huge txt file that covers everything - like if you need to add a switch or something for a certain game, but mostly you just let it do it's thing.

Then you run it and type:

mount c d:\dosbox\games (Or whereever you put the old games)

mount d e:\ -t cdrom

c:

cd nameofgame

gameexe

1226263 2011-08-26 22:06:00 imagine if they re-released it with a new graphics engine.

well they do that to movies all the time, doesnt make them better tho. But good idea

1226264 2011-08-26 22:10:00 well think if they used the Oblivion engine and redid the graphics to look like that.
Would that not be better than the original graphics?

Once I got out of the dungeons though I wasn't sure what to actually do... haven't played it since
