| 1227173 | 2011-09-06 02:43:00 | Not awake? You mean not still sober? ;) I'll ring in advance, closer to the time when we know more numbers, and see if I can book us a table or two. |

| 1227174 | 2011-09-06 08:47:00 | Right, thanks for clearing that up. I'm definitely coming along, however, I can't find anywhere to stay. Can anyone recommend anything? | ubergeek85 (131) | ||

Awake might be stretching the definitions a bit, sober is out of the playing field. Re phone calls to Sal's Maison d'Pizza fantastique, - - Sir; you are a Gentleman and a Scholar. (And even if Mrs Chill unhands my throat, I would possibly say the same.) |

With a game on that day, I'd say most of the accommodation will be booked out. An option would be backpackers. There are a few just around the corner from Sals. Orrr you could stay the night at Showgirls... :punk |

| 1227179 | 2011-09-15 07:19:00 | I'll tentatively put my hand up for the 24th midday. Sorry, I won't be able to confirm that until the 22nd. :D (any excuse to use our newly reinstated Big Green Grin) |

| 1227180 | 2011-09-15 14:03:00 | What with big green grins returning and the 24th fast approaching, the world is looking better. If PCUser42 remembers to allow 2 days for his train ride it should go well. Pizzas! Beer! Smilies! :D :clap :drool :clap :D (just testing) |

| 1227182 | 2011-09-15 23:25:00 | *hours ;) Sorry, 2days * hours is not good maths. Let us say, it should only take 2 days or 48 hours if the trains are running well. (I assume that you assume the trains are running well, as you are a bit of a fan of those oil dispersers. A realist would suggest that you should be preparing to board in the next 24 hours to allow for the 6 day trip that a pessimist would say is optimistic. On the whole though, the rail system doesn't "delay and destroy" the self loading freight to the same extent as it does to the defenceless inanimate freight.) :devil ;) |
