Having a picky day are we :p I used the word agency in the term = "refers to a person who acts on behalf of another person." You can sure as hell bet that if someone got stung with a copyright action over downloading music, it wouldn't the said artist - it would be a third party. Just like the movies - it wouldn't be say as an example be Twentieth Century Fox directly or Universal Pictures contacting the persons ISP. Instead of picking other peoples wording, why not add some constructive contributions to a thread. |

I tried that also. Tried to tell me that some of the files that come with Windows 7 are illegal. What a load of rubbish. |
