| 1252325 | 2012-01-08 22:31:00 | well not sure what i've done but it is now down to 45-50s after a complete reinstall and restore of the cloned image i did (using the win7 image cloning thingy). Starting reinstalling the image last night, changed my mind and canceled part way through, windows wouldn't resstart, used the install disc to carry out repair over night, woke up and it told me it couldn't fix it, restarted and auto repair tried and failed to fix again, did complete reinstall and time was down sub minute (and has remained so since). So I'll be buggered if I know what happened, but I'm going to live with 45seconds I think, thanks for all the help guys (was a good learning experience too) |
