1227891 2011-09-01 04:17:00 I wish the copyright holders would get their act together and makes things available legitimately but I understand why it's difficult.
For example if I could subscribe to the tv shows I like for a reasonable amount and watch them on demand as they are made and not several seasons later (even if I couldn't keep them) I would never watch local TV again. I can see how local broadcasters might not like the Idea.

And I've tried Caspa on my Tivo, it's a great idea - pay $6 and watch a movie streaming over broadband almost immediately. But there is nothing worth watching available, the range is worse than those corner dairies at beach resorts that have a few movies for hire. Telecom really screwed up with this one, they should have sold Tivo through appliance stores and really pushed the Caspa service. With the right marketing and a decent movie range it could seriously hurt dvd rental services in my opinion.
