1227473 2011-09-03 07:14:00 Well this is stupid. I signed up to the vbulletin.org forums to see what themes they had, but I can't even view any screen-shots because I've never purchased vBulletin. Guess it hardly matters anyway, but still a bit moronic.

(It's called a demo guys, if you show me what you've got, maybe I'll consider purchasing it! - no, that would make sense.) Yo Agent - try This page (www.vbulletin.com) has a few links to various sites. Not to sure if its what you are after ???

Edited: www.forumthemes.com <<<< Full page Demos

1227474 2011-09-03 07:49:00 There's probably no point looking for one, I doubt the PCWorld team will want to start installing and maintaining forum skins for every Tom, Dick and Harry who asks.

Forumthemes looks good but only two of their themes actually support vBulletin 4... although those are easier to read than this default one.

The rest of those sites are either 404 or otherwise just as useful :(

1227475 2011-09-04 00:00:00 Looks ...... softer.
Harder to see the bolded unread posts and post views or replies is cluttered on top/bottom. The old one was much better in these two places.
Overall looks nice

A bit - uh - over-the-top methinks.

I just want a little better contrast and less bright white in the background. I'm old.

1227477 2011-09-04 00:04:00 Apologies if I've missed this along the way (so somebody can put me right), but in Press F1 it would be nice to have an easy way of flagging a problem as "solved" like you can on the HowToGeek forum tuiruru (12277)

Yeah - that would do. Buut a nice smiley face with a thumbs up, or a jiving banana would be even better!
