1227993	2011-09-01 04:28:00	The 70k thing is probably just common sense, maybe good in theory but impossible to enforce effectively. Speed cameras dont know what licence you have. As for the right turning law once it settles down it may be a good thing but It'll be chaos for a while and many NZ roads are too narrow to sit in the middle waiting to turn right so there could be issues there too.	dugimodo (138)
