1254003 2012-01-14 03:27:00 Is there a reason you need the exhaust or do you just prefer it? icow (15313)
1254004 2012-01-14 04:26:00 I prefer it. Driftwood (5551)
1254005 2012-01-14 05:42:00 My one doesn't run hot even when I'm gaming on full settings, but it does exhaust a lot of the air out the back. jareemon (5207)

1254007 2012-01-14 06:28:00 I have a friend who has a 560GTX Ti MSi Twin Frozr. Not audible. Descent temperatures in game and fast to boot. I'd recommend this card to anyone wanting a 560. I'd say the temperatures are lowered by the cooling in his case quite a bit though. He has an NZXT Phantom with almost all the fans in. icow (15313)
1254008 2012-01-14 07:07:00 I looked on a couple of websites and all the available ones I saw vented into the case at least partially. Side mounted fans in the middle or dual / triple fans all vent into the case
The ones with the other style of fan (I don't know what they are called) mounted at the front end of the card vent to the rear.

For example www.computerlounge.co.nz vents into the case and www.computerlounge.co.nz vents out the rear.

After having heat problems with GTX460's in SLI due to venting into the case I try to get rear venting ones myself, but it seems like the cheaper models are hard to find with this design, almost like they don't really want us to use SLI with them.

It's the Asus GTX560Ti TOP 900mhz 1GB DirectCU II.

1254010 2012-01-14 09:02:00 Yes thats what I was finding too.
Currently have a HD 4870 rear venting.
System runs cool & quiet.

The MSI Twin Frozr is high on my short list, also the Palit Sonic.
Would just like to know where the hot air goes first.

Oh sorry must have missed this post.

I did have that one the list but one review said it vented inside.
